I send an email to another department stating one of my colleagues cannot access any camera system in Control Point. Not only does it take him more than 24 hours before he replies but then his only communication is which location is she having difficulty accessing?

What is it about reading that people have such problems with? I used the word ANY. That means none!

If her problem were isolated to just one camera system I would not have used the word ANY.

Don't people have ANY clue what is going on?
