Which Fuel Cell are these?

Hello,
I need a Fuel Cell expert larger than I am. Which edition of Fuel Cell are these? They look like a cross between Canvas and NYC, but are neither. They are also Matte Black finished, where as normally, special editions like Canvas, Max Fear Light, TACA, Foose, TDF, are all Gloss finished. The picture doesnt color match perfect, in real life they look way more teal than baby blue. Any thoughts would appreciated.

Ive never seen this one before.

Im not sure what the story is but the lack of an icon could mean it was part of a test batch at HQ like alot of the stolen samples that have hit the market. If it has no sku, and no icon, that would be my guess.

Could also be a QC failure from one of the random flagship store specific fuelcells they made years ago.

Custom USA Fuel Cell....

So lately I've been thinking about doing an OCP fuel cell and trying out the stem customization. I wanted to do something with the American flag icon and here is what I came up with... What do you guys think? How true are the actual colors to the Oakley computer generated ones? (assuming...

These are custom from back when you could choose between a few patterns on the stem and pick the colors you wanted. I have one of those myself. And remember playing around with them on the oakley custom on the website.

Do you still have these or have a picture of yours? I am trying to find any additional information before i decide what icons to replace them with.
