I've seen ice with purple like this. I would however expect the base curve of your lens to be incorrect. Do you have the original lens?

That's because the base curve is wayyyy off. Hard to put a holbrooke lens in a Juliet.

Yeah like Chet said they should have the wrong curvature like the juliet lens that i got from her. Check and compare the curvature of your ruby lens and the ice
