Are these as real as they appear?

Just got these in today and I think they are good to go, but I'd like a few more opinions. It's been a while since I've had a pair and the nosebridge needs new gaskets, and they need new clips. Any input on their legitimacy would be appreciated.

I put bread ties on them till I fix the nosebridge.
