Definitely on the high side. Needs rubbers for the earstems. You can use Juliet replacement rubbers for the earstems. Need to also find out if the lenses are scratched, what condition the nose bridge is in, and if it comes with box and papers. Value could drop dramatically depending on these things.

That Penny frame less the missing rubber (one earsock) is worth $240 max as loose as it is. We can tell by the pic the nose is way out.. The nose bombs are the big deal with the rubbers there, those are not easy to find (OEM) and when you do they will cost you - worst case there is always Linegear. The earsocks you can come by more easily, as other Members have pointed out. The lenses may be worth $75 in VG condition, but they probably have a few marks so maybe $40 value there, maybe. I would not plan go more than $280 including shipping and fees, deduct for any frame issues, check for the orbital gaskets, then negotiate - you're probably looking to spend closer to $260, maybe even $250 on that - certainly nowhere close to $350. Also check the hinges to make sure they open and close evenly, and without issue. That happens now and then - if so its likely a pass on that frame unless you are looking for a project.
