If that snaps, drill it out. I've done a few and it's not impossible. Definitely not an operation for the faint hearted without the right tools
I have one that sheered straight off. Bought a tiny diamond tip dremel bit, gonna try to get it out this weekend.

Yeah, I was going to suggest a tiny bit on a Dremel, it'll be much easier to stabilize.

OP, you might also try to bend the orbital open just a touch (especially if it will lift over the damaged screw head), or use something like a 5/64th diamond wheel point, remove the head - then pull the two sections apart so you have clear access to the remaining stub, using some small needlenose vise grips - should only need a partial turn to get it started.
