How to fix Juliet Gen 1 Nose Piece?

So I just recently found my Gen 1 Juliets that were lost/"misplaced" during my last move 5 and a bit years ago. Well now that I have them again thought I might try to fix them up. The nose piece is very wobbly and whatnot. I'm guessing I need to replace whatever keeps them firm. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
