@cyclerdoug .. I've never had scrapple...but would love to try it. Sounds like my kind of meal! I've never heard anyone mention it 'round these parts.

Lol. That must be one hell of a road trip since my neck of the woods isn't on the way to Sarasota

It will be indeed! Haven't been down there in a good 15 years...thinking about a long road trip next spring. You're up north so I'll have to make a right for a while off 95, then get back to 75 and head south. No biggie...hell, I'm going that far.
