I have a question about these, I've never seen them before, so what is the use of the clear lenses? Are they meant for prescription, or how are these glasses supposed to work? Just wondering, GLWS!

With the clear lenses they double as eye protection. If you're mowing the lawn or at a firing range, the clear lenses are intended to be worn in low light conditions while still keeping your eyes covered and the frame is, of course, tight to your head and won't fall off if you're running or moving.
