So I've been a a Frogskins kick lately, the last pair I got just seemed a little off.
So my question is are any frames ever shaped differently?
The orbitals seem to sit higher on the outside and the temples also sit higher.
The pair in question is on the left of both of the pictures below.

    Not sure what you mean?
Would different lenses reshape the frames that much?

    I don't think so.
The ones on the left are white city supremes and the left are Dalmatians. The Dalmatians are just like every other pair I have, all 3rd gen.

I really don't know, I think they are 3rd also.
Clear box and its on RVF's 3rd gen list.

If both are 3rd gen, I can't believe frame tolerances were that bad... :( yikes...
