Screwed up and played this week wearing Violet Iridium....what is the best lens for golf that the golfing members have found? I noticed the golf glasses have the G30, but I was wondering if any of the more 'common' lenses are anyone's favorite?

I like OO red iridium polarized. Not too dark, bit of contrast. Sometimes I have to take my Flaks off if I'm reading a putt on a green in the shade but for the most part I like them

I would say slate or positive red iridiums.

I use polarized fire iridium in my Juliets and I golf several times a week. I wouldn't want anything else.

I used g30 in my radars and vr28 blue iridium in my racing jackets when I had my college golf class last semester (easiest pe credit of my life... ;)). Those two were my favorite out of what I had just because they help you "read" the surface better IMO. As far as just hitting the driving range, I was happy with pretty much whatever kept the sun at bay.

Fire iridium in my radars. G30 for cloudy days. The Oakley view app has what they think is appropriate for different activities.

G30 is the lens Oakley made with input from their Pro golfers. Fire and Gold Iridium were the ones the pros used before G30.
