Military/industrial Boots, Steel Toe?

Been looking into these style of boots, but i can't see of these are steel toe or not. I suppose they can't be used as a safety boots either?

They look great, seem comfy too

It's a shame there are no steel toed oakleys. Would be an awesome boot.

I know they aren't steel toe, sorta a good thing as a comfy casual boot. Still deciding on what ones to get. Atm Tactical Six are winning
