I'm sure it's the disassembly not the blasting.

The disassembly isn't bad at all. Taking the crown out and movement just have to be done carefully.

When you compare it to what he does with glasses, it's much more involved.

Me too....but I don't disassemble or assemble things....

well frank its not really a pain disassembling it comes down to being so busy with the frames. Ill probably do these again once I slow down. If you can completely disassemble them and ship me the parts I can blast the pieces and you can reassemble.I prefer the x-metal color over oe finish any day of the week.it just looks much more industrial and tough.
