Need Help identifying chainlink colorway

So these say polarized black/clear..the frame is clearly black..so is there a clear polar lens for these? are they photochromic lenses? TiaOakley Chainlink Polorized Black/Clear - 6pm.com

Any time I've ever seen clear lenses, it was a Japan release. I bet these are the asian fit with Ti Clear lenses.
