No.
Radars and Radarlocks are different.

Lenses are different.
Lens replacement is different (Radar snaps on, Radarlock uses the Oakley Switchlock mechanism to open the left hinge on the frame).
Earsocks,icons...all different.

Also lenses are not interchangeable between regular Radarlock and Radarlock XL as the latter are larger and have a longer nosepiece to accomodate them.

Yes. Same frame different nosepiece.
If you do a google search for pics of each it should be readily apparent
