Newbie Question / Oakley Mars X-Metal

I just bought a pair of Mars X-Metal. The ones of seen have those dots circled in this first photo. The pair I bought (second photo) don’t have them. What exactly does it mean? Is one more/less “desirable”?

One is a Crater and one is a standard Mars.

Another question, I know some of the standard Mars x-metal are “Jordan’s”. How can you tell if the pair is Jordan or not?
