Well then, I stand corrected, my apologies. That is news to me.Yes the original 1st generation did not hold up well. We had given Scotty Cannon the first production Over the Top and it looked abuse after some normal use. The ring in the back holding the lens kept falling out so you would have to glue it. The FMJ coating rubbed off pretty easily but that was common for FMJ coatings. I think a collector has that pair now. I remember seeing it. It is etched with 1A.
