Systolic BP was 98 today, first time down in double digits. Amazing given where I was a year or so ago.

Lots of medication, the diet was already pretty good. Although I did cut out a bit of cheese.

Yeah, I think it's some sort of DB error. From my alerts, the "deleted member" like came from leQ. Though obviously he's still active...

I'm starting to thing the Type-O program was shut down so that the people in charge the software could come work for the forum.

Hey I got a message from eBay today.
They credited me back 60 dollars for all those auctions I used a reserve on.
