Yes both are 1st gen fires and do again from a good angle, resemble a fruby lens. Fire has the green/yellowish base tint - correct.

Wow. So essentially my Fruby lenses look like your 1st Gen Fire from the outside correct?

My Fruby lenses for sure have the blue based tint, so it's for sure of the Ruby genus correct?

Only when viewed on an angle to they appear similar in colour to a fruby lens. From the front they are both very different. Yes, your lenses with a blue base will be a Ruby.
