Just received my copy today....2+ years after it was released.

220 pages of luxurious glossy pages with 200 illustrations.

RRP was $195, but you can get them much much much cheaper (try <$30), even though it was a limited print run (like all books!!!!).

The book and protective case is coated in a very nice feeling rubbery material. The Oakley badge on the case is actually metallic!

The whole thing oozes quality, which is what you expect from Assouline.

Weighs a ton!

I feel like buying another book just to cannabalize the pictures to go with some of the sunglasses that are featured!!

The photos are magnificent.

If you haven't got it, I'd highly recommend getting a copy!

I wouldn't have considered buying it at retail pricing if I just saw it advertised on the website, but now that I'm holding it in my hand, I have to say, it's well worth even the retail price!!!

How come you didn't review the pop up portion of the book? That is the best part!

Yes it was actually. Right after it.
To be honest. I don't do popups anymore, especially after the drug rep dropped off Viagra samples with the corresponding pop up book.

I don't do scratch 'n sniff either, after the colonoscopy rep dropped off his book.

Once burnt, twice shy.
