I haven't tried and honestly probably won't. I've heard that if you get it too hot it can crack.Any luck with polishing the mineral crystal?

Amateurs.That is true.
Seems like often the people who tell you it's easy are the people trying to sell one with a scratched crystal. But if it's so easy, why didn't they do it?
How hard it is to remove the crystal? I have another TB with a ****ed up clasp but the crystal is good. If I could swap them, I would try to polish the bad crystal.I have polished couple crystals. One on my wife's small icon and the one on my tb1. It can be done just eats up a lot of sandpaper and takes a couple hrs for a pretty beat up crystal.

First gen, forged band. It's not REALLY ****ed up, just a little.1st gen or 2nd gen clasp?
I polished them while they were still in the watch.
