Yes, must put on by placing them on top of your head first, then put in front of your eyes. Hope that makes sense. Somewhere there’s a thread on this. This procedure also has minimal wear on the flex couplers too.

On and off just like goggles… hand on both arms or I often put them on and off holding nose bridge… whatever method just do not pull on and off with one hand from one side… goes for all x metals
