The Royal Oak OffShore vs Deep Black

Now that is a tough choice..

The nerd watchmaker in me is drawn to the Daniels' Co-axial Escapement on the Deep Black.
The ceramic case is also technically awesome, I have no experience with the Omega ceramic, it is rare but I have seen lugs broken from a very hard impact on another brands ceramic case.
Not a total deal breaker, but something to consider..

ROOS is an iconic Dive watch, my personal preference is it should be on a bracelet, no rubber or leather strap. And so many variations you could have your chronograph.

At the end of the day it's your choice, choose the one that sings to you

There's only two other watches I wear regularly. Movado Esperanza. Dad's Croton. He was a Marine Corp Staff Sgt. The watch connects us now that he's gone.
