That's fantastic! It's also nice that you got a rescued pet - I tend to find that the older the rescued pet (or the longer they have spent in the confines of the cats/dogs home), the more it seems they realise that you've given them a second chance.

Congrats, She looks like a great addition to the family.We picked up Moxie from a shelter almost 2 years ago. She has been the best dog ever, and I have had some good dogs! Time for a quick pic

Here she is shortly after we got her on a rainy day after a rabbit hunt. She was successful and it took a while to get all the mud washed off her.

Very cool man! My wife and I have two rescue dogs, one is a 2 year old lab, pit mix, the other a 4 month old lab, boxer mix and they are both great. I love hearing of shelter dogs going to a good home.

We had a great weekend and I almost called in to take today off and play at home. But I don't think our Paternity leave covers puppies. IT should!
