Define "active member of the U.S. Military" as each person has a different definition.
It’s a pretty straightforward question. If you don’t want to answer it, that’s an answer in itself.

Some people consider active members to be those who receive a paycheck from DOD, others only consider Active Duty as active members while not their Reserve counterparts. So no, it isn't straightforward and I need to know what definition do you use in order to answer it.
