Buying 2nd Gen Crystal Clear/Violet

A lot harder than you'd think. This was my first pair of Oakley's when I was 10-11 years old and I've been looking for a pair for a while now to add back into my collection (orig's now long gone). I think they were something like $35 or $45 back then!!

Was my first pair of Oakleys as well......I paid $50 at SGH in 1990 which for a HS Senior was ridiculous for sunglasses at that time.... Came in clear Froggie box with black bag/white tag......

Mine are in an accordioned cardboard box which I believe was at the back half of the second gen run.

Those are G1 not G2

Yup, those are G1 with the metal hinges. The pair i had were G2.

Thanks! Close, but no cigar What i'm really after is the frame itself. Lenses are not a huge deal as i can still get violet with little to no issue.
