Long time Oakley collector who has recently jumped back into the forum after a few years (5 or 6?) away. My kids both love Oakley sunglasses, clothing, etc. so I typically do most of my Christmas shopping for them on Oakley Canada. I have noticed a steady decline in Oakley customer service which is sad.
I have been following the M-Experiment models and additions but have not pulled the trigger yet. My first impression when seeing the M.E. models was, they are nice, but it wasn't enough to lure me away from continuing to buy Oakleys as gifts.
I have warmed up to the M.E. models more after looking but the only one that really appeals to me is the Business, which I plan to order this evening as my 1st pair. I recently had a chat an online chat with Mario on the M.E. site and the customer service was head and shoulders above Oakley. He took the time to answer my questions and give opinions when I asked. He even sent me a link to a post on here.
Long story long, anyone give up buying Oakleys after buying M-Experiment?
