And if those frames they work on got scratches and send order to you, that is good for your business.

But statistically, among over 400 pieces of Pin Pusher we have sold so far, less than 10 have reported any scratches issue to their frame; one in Singapore done a little too much and broke the bridge similar to one image above, one other case the Pin Pusher frame broke (US customer)... I assume they have a good time or still figuring how to benefit from this tool.

We also offer constant support to previous buyers if they send any email inquiries.

And one PP we have used over one year, and service over 20 frames, (by the way here is our tune up service - almost ready to accept orders from worldwide Juliet Nose bridge tune up service )

We also found the trick to lengthen the under part using a wrench tool.

Actually that tool is for assembling the spring hinges, not the nosebridge. Being sold more as a collectible than for use.

Marvin Velasco (Manila, Philippine) has a pocket size tool to change coupler, and he often advertise on the spot coupler exchange.

I've seen the one Marvin has. I was going to use the same thing but the pin pusher seems easier.
