Are these an Oakley Puerto Rico Employee Exclusive?

Can any of you confirm if this is true ...

These glasses were an employee exclusive, given out to employees at the 2009 sales meeting, which took place in Puerto Rico.

(Hence the Puerto Rican flag icon)

@defiant00 - Were you able to confirm if these were in fact given out at a 2009 sales meeting in PR, or is this just "something you heard?"
