That's Romeo Van Frogskinstein a member here and he had some of the most amazing Oakley glasses ever. Also he has dropped the price to $6,337.00. I guess it can't hurt to ask.

Honestly, as an M frame fan, it is one of the most radical pieces I've ever seen.

If you read the description on the m frame he kinda says that he is really just sharing this with everyone for the first time and felt it was deserved to share it with everyone since it's a bad ass piece and obviously something the majority havent seen.
