Best way to remove icon on eye jackets without breaking anything?

What tools or methods to use to remove icons? Specifically eye jackets thank you!

I use a scalpel. It's thin but still stiff to apply pressure.
Warm up the Icon under running hot water for a 2-3min.
Still under running water apply some pressure and and wait until the Icon lifts.

New Eye Jackets are the only ones you'd be able to take off. The originals had them painted on to the stem. Try a spudger tool(plastic), heat up the earstems in warm water then pluck them off.
