This is on an order I received and both arms were really loose, dust and fingerprints both lenses, one arm slightly bent wrong and when I wrote in I basically listed those things and said I was pissed and they needed to get their act together. I got a message back that offered refund or replace and I wrote back and said "well since it won't be able to be replaced because it's a limited item and sold out I guess I have to take the refund and I'm not happy about it." Then she wrote back and said it was being submitted which I totally expected whoever approves the refund ask me to send them back but they did not... just approved it and I keep them.How did you initiate the cancel ?
note: had they said I had to return them I would have responded "At least let me keep what is here even though I can't wear them like this at least I will have something." Then see what their response is and go from there... I would probably get a partial refund or a really good code which is really all I was intending to get to start with.
