Ouch! Drivers warned against scam artists jumping in front of cars for money
Apparently, pedestrians are slapping cars as they go past and getting the driver to pay them money because generally the law sides with pedestrians and it wastes a lot of time and money to have to go to court. You will also need to be imprisoned for a short period of time (as protection for you from the family, due to tribal law repercussions).
Happened to German and Korean friends in two separate incidents.
P.S. In fact, someone jumping out of a building and landing on a parked car can still sue the parked car’s owner by law. But most judges will use common sense (not guaranteed!!). Flooding...believe it or not!!!
