Delete messages

How do I delete my old messages? These are the only choice I have. It must be somewhere but I can't find it

Mine disapear when I leave them, but I also am a premium member so don't have the limit. I would assume it works the same, though.

That was it. Guess my brain didn't feel like figuring that out. Seems like it should of caught that. Gonna get punished with more thc
