Dillons on ebay

Hi I'm new here, what do you mean a cutter? To cut a lens?
That is correct, some people (ne included) like variety on our frames, so we go out, buy a lens larger than the original, and get them cut to size for our frames. It’s cheaper than buying several frames, you get to change them whenever you feel like it and you can get a custom color combo (lens/frame) that might have not been released by the brand
Example: the old xmetals and prizm lenses. X metals were discontiuned long before prizm came out. You can still roxk your old shades with new lenses

So the lenses from these Dillons can be cut to fit certain frames? Or any frames?

Ignorant question but other than the expense/risk surely cutting is the same process?
if this is the case and the cutter is not held accountable by the buyer then all is good.

if i had a super rare/expensive lens id rather a respected cutter try than finding just anyone.

if all parties know the risk but the reward is worth it ,,, why not?

also people have cut dillons here so there are cutters!

There are professional cutters available. ;)
