Do The Stpl /Staple Holbrooks Normally Come With Light Swirl Marks On The Chrome Lens

Like I mentioned on the first post (damn this was awhile back), the ones that STPL was selling has the swirled lenses. There were also many DE pairs floating around with this same issue.
