All I said was why not return if not scalping. Seller gave his reason for not returning, so that's the end of it for me.

Given that friends and family is offering up to 50% off right now and the price is obscured, I guess there is no way to know if he's scalping. Unless of course you call the store he bought it from and find out what he paid by giving them the receipt number.

It would be if he got one of the scratch offs for 30%, 40%, or 50% that is going on this weekend and he paid less than the $695 Granted $695 is better than $895 for the unlucky ones who only got 20% or don't have a store around them.

I think the point trying to be made is why show all the receipt info but cover the price paid, kind of makes it obvious less than $695 was paid.
