The 15’s in the stems are for bigger noggins. I run those in mine. If you have a smaller noggin, consider the 25’s when you send them for the tune-up.

On the ear stems, where they meet the orbital. You can see the “15” in the black rubber.

These rubber parts with the number on them (usually 15) are called "temple shocks". Dumbed down, the larger the number, the bigger the temple shock, and the more narrow your frames will be. LineGear has these three photos on their website which are a great visual representation
