Gen-1 M-Frame Lens In Current M-Frame?

Like the Blades before these, I have two broken M-Frame frames. These lenses are still in good shape; however. Anyone know if the gen-1 M-Frame lenses will fit in the current generation M-Frame here: https://www.oakley.com/en-us/product/W0OO9060?variant=700285111629#pdpBazaarVoice

The lenses from a gen 1 and 2 are a little more narrow and might be a bit loose but will fit for the most part. Just might wobble up and down.

Old m frames are made from a much more brittle material than the new stuff,

When they updated it the lenses were made wider so there’s less spots for them to crack or break. More frame material too ao the frames don’t crack so easy.

The last option is that in 2018 oakley made 4 “mumbos” out of the new material. 2 for oakley.com and oakley stores and 2 for palace skateboards. They look like the old ones, fit gen 1 and 2 lenses and some new m frame lenses as well. And they’re a bit stronger. They’re still thin tho so just be careful what you use them for.

I’ve had one that’s been through hell and is still in amazing shape. I just use the old lenses on an updated frame
