Doesn’t everything ultimately have to be approved by Lux though? From what I’ve read in the past, Lux left Oakley alone after it bought it until about 2013. After 2013 they took more control of everything Oakley did and made.

Not necessarily, just depends on what’s working and what isn’t. I’d say they’re generally left alone since they’re making bank. Report with numbers, those pricks probably couldn’t care less about the glasses.
