I have found a set of replacement ear stems for my Gen 1 M Frames, but I don’t want to break the new stems or the frame. I did a search in the forums but didn’t find anything. Any suggestions on how to do this safely / properly?

There is no easy way as unlike the blades system the M frames were not designed to be replaced. Personally I wouldn't but if you try its going to be pot luck if your successful or not.

If it is a splatter M frame or original mumbo they are made from seriliam which is very brittle so I wouldn't.

M frames are also brittle

If they’re already cracked on the current frame I’d wait till they completely break off to swap. Even swapping the new “collectors” mumbo is scary because they’re very thin.

It’s possible but you’d have a very high risk of damaging more parts
