Alright. All you “out” people are wrong. I work as a Safety Manager. In my professional opinion, having them in the outside has an affect on the contact points that they are designed to have. The slippery material most beanies, toboggans, or whatever other fu¢ked up name you have for it will not allow the glasses to stay in place during an impact, gust of wind, etc. that they are designed to also protect from in addition to filtering harmful rays from the sun. It will also expand the frame, causing stresses that may lead to the frame being more easily broken in an impact, which may lead to even more injury.

Bicycle helmets it the stems need to be over the straps so they can fit properly.

Plus it just looks stupid in the outside!
