I have a pair of Crosshair 2.0's, & it appears O changed the style of nosepads as the production went along ... from a somewhat hard base with a soft "slip over" silicon pad.

Luckily I was able to find new pads from O, but they are of the one piece, softer variety.

Pointers in popping out the hard plastic "base" pieces, obviously with as little damage & bending as possible?
