How to remove FC arm?

Which one should pop out first and how to make it?
Pulling direction?

Neither. I found out by chance that if you fold the arm in about half way & then give the arm a sharp twist inwards from the bottom (anti clockwise for the left, clockwise for the right) it released it. There looked like a bit of a cut out on the bottom of the frame, where the lower arm pin fits in & this seamed to aid the refitting. There are videos on youtube also so take a look there & there should be more help & guidance. Good luck (oh & don't be too scared as you have to give it some effort to release them sometimes).
