I was looking this one up on o-review and the picture isn't matching. Do the carbon/OO blue have hammerstems?

The picture looks like it might be computer generated. Would the right ear stem say anything on this pair?

Right ear stem is void of any inscription, serial on left side. No hammerstem on 12-676.
