Good point on the accuracy of the description, but having been on the Buyer's side before in similar situation I have ALWAYS had to pay the return shipping. The only time I did not was when the Seller was unresponsive and PayPal/eBay reimbursed me. If you went out of your way to say "NEW NEW NEW never touched by human hands absolutely perfect flawless impeccable not a subatomic particle out of its proper position...", then maybe its on the Seller. The default is still the Buyer pays, caveat, emptor, etc...
That said we have a slightly higher standard here on the forum - or at least I think we do? - so its kind of like comparing apples and oranges at that point I suppose.
