Interaction out of the Forum

This interaction happened outside of the forum and has now leaked it's way here.

I don't have time to get into detail, but since @Cerebro, aka ozonevault on eBay, where I first met him, has called me out, I invite him to post his claims of wrongdoing on my part on this thread. As time allows me, I will respond in kind as I am looking forward to putting this aside and get a resolution.

I am not sure what he is calling me out for, but I have asked him, disappointedly at that, to accept return of his item as it was not as he described. He refused and said he does not accept returns. And that I was experiencing "buyer's remorse"

Point out your claim here @Cerebro and let's sort it out.

I will not be accepting a return, it's now been weeks since we've dealt, I wouldn't have accepted one then, and I will not now. You got exactly the glasses pictured, video of glasses, this is the original listing that I also purchased the glasses. That is video that I also took myself of the glasses I sent to you. Again, this is the only pair of xmetal finish xx that I've ever owned in my life, and yet you accused me of somehow swapping them out, completely impossible. And makes no logical sense I would try to screw someone over a few dollar trade difference, when I've dealt with thousands among other members with no issues whatsoever.

Again, i won't be accepting a return because I cannot trust that I'd have received what I sent back. The claims he made were so far off from what I actually sent, that I call that highly suspicious and completely impossible on my end, when I shipped everything pictured above.

Why would I accept a return when I know what is told to me is not factual? And impossible? I have pictures images, videos to confirm. A trade is a trade, and everything was sent and received as agreed. again. i am highly skeptical and concerned about this thread as well:

Then it’s a one sided argument! It would be different if you didn’t receive the exact one back, but saying he wouldn’t send the right one back is one sided

No. I cannot trust him to send the same one back since it sounded so odd and suspicious. The glasses I sent him, were brand new. Listings and photos to confirm.

Person A says they sent a brand new pair. Person B says they received a trashed pair. They could both be correct.

This was last month - if he had such a big issue why didn’t he speak up? Isn’t that suspicious of its own? Who knows what my glasses could have gone through during this time? And we are to take his word for gold? Vs all the proof and receipts I have? Did my glasses enter the twilight zone? Those glasses I sent him are brand new and I am glad to repeat that over and over again. I am used to dealing with much higher end items and I will go down for this if need be. Integrity and factual information above all.

And I will hold my word and integrity over and over again. The trade difference he so described isn’t even worth the membership donations I’ve made to this forum. There have been so many smear attempts made against me over the past week by the same people and their friends. Truly sad. I won’t be participating in this forum anymore as a result. there are so many great people in our community I’ve met outside this forum that avoid this forum, for this exact reason. Really good people on our forum who lurk in fear. scammers and liars hiding in plain sight disguised as reputable members of this forum. Hell I’m the sucker, I donated to this forum out of my heart and hopes I’d be able to provide value here and make a difference in this world. Risk it all for some glasses that were slightly off as described??? Nah… why??

Your listing right here is the problem. These are not new, and eBay is not where I bought them from otherwise I would have just returned them. Look at the box- they have a original 2 piece box With revision numbers dated 2000/2001 the glasses you sent me have no serial which happened much later. check your video and descripton-

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOUR GLASSES TO BE NEW COMPLETE SET.
