Is it genuine.. Romeo 1 frame (Video)

@cacatman , where’s that :ban: hammer?
Good morning. Yeah that's fair enough. He can appeal the case to the higher uppers if he wants back in.

@fredam2008, you're a great collector of genuine Oakleys. Oakleys are sometimes difficult to check for authenticity online.

But in your case with @Tavers, I'd strongly advise that you refund voluntarily.

The "buyer beware" doesn't really work for a close nit group of collectors.

He won't refund me. No way in hell.

He's got enough Romeo's to know what's legit and what isn't. At first he said the lenses not fitting were my problem. Said all his did. Then he changed to saying they need to be custom cut.

I believe he knew full well there was something off with them and that's why he was keen to make the deal.

It's funny, he has a bible reference on his Facebook profile, but he doesn't act in good faith..

IF I am lucky I might get the cash portion back, but the XX that was part of the trade is a tough loss to swallow.

You're a collector as well, but you're raising this about 5 months after the transaction. Why did it take you so long to suspect something was amiss? What I'm saying is, if it took you that long, could another collector have been duped also?

PMing you both.

@fredam2008 for the last few who haven’t already added you to their ignore list, how are you going to resolve this?

Are you going to make it right?
OR tell @Tavers to F’off?

Should only be 2 possible answers, anything else is excuses…

That's a fair question. I had to deal with moving and a few other things. And Ron was super busy, so I didn't get a chance to get them down to him to look at them.
