Is this Nascar Oakley suit worth buying?

The seller is asking €650. It comes with pants included. And it belonged to Jake Seminara. As you can see in the photos, it's somewhat damaged. Do you think it's a special enough piece to pay that price? Would you buy it or would you ignore it? Do you think it would appreciate in value if I buy it? I need your opinions.

It's worth what you would pay for it. I wouldn't give you $10 for it.
I buy things because i like them. If they go up or down in value is of no interest to me, as i won't be selling.
If you buy things because they bring you pleasure, you never lose on the deal.

Personally no I dont see that anywhere near 650, myself I wouldn't buy it if it was 50. Stuff like this I don't see come under the 'Oakley' collectors banner but that's just my personal opinion.

Value is only there if it’s in high demand, which is the driver 100% of the time, not the crew members. So it holds little to no value unless it was the drivers race worn suit.
