Any update on this?

I just revived a message from Max, he only just now saw my WhatsApp message because a forum member contacted him. He's had since April to look into things and has been silent. All the empty promises to look into thing are starting to get annoying. I never get any updates on the frames only excuses. I just sent back a message asking for either the work to be done or to be repaid. I'll post an update when I hear back in a couple months...

Just ask for the refund and your frames back. Don’t let it go another couple of months.
